thinking beyond the desk job

Today as i was sitting in my hostel dinning hall watching another movie of a couple passionate about ice skating and their effort towards winning a competition made me realised what am i doing in my life, studying in an undergarduate b- school , then i'll do and MBA and geta job .........and then what just sa job in dome comapany and thats it.





today i think life is not supposed to be this way , atleast not mine , there is more to it than just school , college and job, it needs passion for somthing, i dont wanna be one of those sexy hotchiks who go out with the most amazing hunk in college (though i wont mind ) but the point here is there is so much more to life than most people think there is.





Anyways the most important point of me writing this blog is that passion is a very important aspect of anyone's life like pasion for music , games. i believe people who dont have passion for anything are like dull people, even worse and duller than the nerds



what if you are 37 years old , your son is a football freak and he wants to know your views about it , what will you say , something like



"good son I loved to watch the game , specially matches between arsenal and ManU"

and then your son says "cool dad lets go, please teach me how to play it "

you: No son I gotta work and all ,will tech you later

son: but dad please i wont to learn it and one day become a great international player

you: ok son how about joining football classes

son:cool dad

13 years down the line oyur son comes back homw with this amazingly heavy trophy, he gets for the footballer of the year award, and you are so happy with his joy you celebrate , and go back to your room look into the mirror and ask yourself , why did'nt i do something like this,and suddenly remember you hobbies and how you used to play the games you love when you were in your early teens and then you turned your back to them just because you had college and job , and since then you've been the same person on the mirror.


all this needs a change i dont wanna be that kind of a person, nor am i aiming at being some top level star but i definetly dont wanna be someone doing a job for 6 hours daily and have nothing else to look forward to
